Refunds are generally not available once a UniPin Voucher has been delivered or redeemed. However, if a technical or payment error occurs, for example, your payment was completed but the voucher was not delivered, please contact UniPin Customer Support immediately.
All refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with UniPin’s internal Fraud Detection and Resolution procedures.
