If your payment fails or you encounter an error during checkout:
- Confirm that the payment method you are using is enabled for online and cross-border transactions.
- Check for any required verification (e.g., bank/issuer approval, correct email address) that may be holding the payment.
- Make sure you were redirected correctly back from your payment provider and that no step was skipped.
- If the voucher or top-up has not been delivered after payment, submit a request via the “Trouble/Transaction Problem” section of the support site.
If the issue continues, contact UniPin Customer Support and include details such as your payment date/time, transaction ID or reference number, payment method, and any relevant screenshots of the error message.
